The private balcony (3–10 m²) with a comfortable hammock offers dreamy views of the sea. This first-class adults-only hotel of the Lopesan group is located directly by the sea, right next to the Maspalomas lighthouse.

The rooms are modernly furnished, approx. 35 m² in size, and feature air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe (free), satellite TV, tea/coffee making facilities, beach bag, pool towels, and slippers, an open bathroom (partly with glass front) with shower/WC, hairdryer, as well as a furnished balcony.
These rooms face the land side (DD2).
