Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable ambiance for relaxing days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, separate beds are available in some cases. The well-thought-out design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda feature a large window or in some cases portholes and offer a beautiful ocean view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the oceanview cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (partially separate beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, and minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The well-thought-out design and the spacious room feeling make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, and minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with separate beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from all over the world. These include, among others, a buffet restaurant, the "Pummid’Oro" pizzeria, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the "Tutti a Tavola" family restaurant, and the "Laboratorio del Gusto," where selected dishes can be prepared by guests themselves (partially for a fee and by reservation). Meal times in the main restaurants are determined by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the sports bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers diverse moments of enjoyment for every taste.

In addition to the full board services, the MyItalian indulgence package can be booked. This includes a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks at any time of day. These include, among others, cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano, as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. The offer is supplemented by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. The drink package ensures varied moments of enjoyment and underscores the Italian lifestyle on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

The extensively and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent sea view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and weight machines enable sporting activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports field and a jogging track are also available, offering numerous opportunities for exercise and sporting balance in the open air. This allows activity, relaxation, and holiday experience to be optimally combined on the Costa Smeralda.

Sports for a fee

For additional sporting activities, various courses such as yoga, Pilates, and Kinesis are available in the aerobics studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional supervision can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). This allows your personal fitness program to be flexibly structured even during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok Kids Club. While the youngest guests can let off steam with games and creative activities in the Mini Club (3–6 years), the Maxi Club (7–11 years) provides a varied entertainment and activity program.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games, and meeting points. This provides young guests with the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied holiday days.
The offer is supplemented by a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which provides additional leisure fun on board.

Wellness

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) extends over about 6,000 m² on four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Amenities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, solarium, and several whirlpools.

Entertainment

For varied entertainment, there are spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a nightclub, and a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The varied onboard program offers numerous opportunities for entertaining hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including a covered pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of about 65 meters, which enables impressive views of the sea.
The leisure offer is rounded off by atmospheric theme evenings, interactive events, and other onboard events that ensure convivial hours and unforgettable holiday moments.

Lucky cabin: When booking a lucky cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside, or balcony cabin) is chosen, but the assignment of the cabin number and deck is done by Costa.
