Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable ambiance for restful days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay-TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins provide space for up to four people. Depending on the cabin location and category, some cabins may have separate beds. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high living comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda feature a large window or, in some cases, portholes and offer a beautiful ocean view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the ocean-view cabins offer space for 2 to 4 people (some with separate beds). Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The thoughtful design and spacious feel make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern living comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and offer space for 2 to 4 people. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with separate beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from around the world. These include, among others, a buffet restaurant, the pizzeria "Pummid’Oro," the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola," as well as the "Laboratorio del Gusto," where selected dishes can be prepared by guests themselves (partly for a fee and by reservation). Dining times in the main restaurants are set by Costa.
The gastronomic offering is supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the Sports Bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers varied culinary moments for every taste.

In addition to the full board services, the MyItalian culinary package can be booked. This includes a large selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for every time of day. These include, among others, cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano, as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. The offering is rounded off with homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. The beverage package ensures varied culinary moments and emphasizes the Italian lifestyle on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

The extensive and modernly equipped fitness center with a magnificent ocean view offers ideal conditions for daily training on board. Various cardio and strength machines enable athletic activities in a pleasant atmosphere.
In the outdoor area, a multi-purpose sports court as well as a jogging track are also available, offering numerous opportunities for exercise and athletic balance in the open air. This allows activity, relaxation, and the holiday experience on the Costa Smeralda to be optimally combined.

Sports for a fee

For additional athletic activities, various courses such as Yoga, Pilates, and Kinesis are available in the aerobic studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional support can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). This allows you to flexibly organize your personal fitness program even during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok Children's Club. While the youngest guests can let off steam with games and creative activities in the Mini Club (3–6 years), the Maxi Club (7–11 years) provides a diverse entertainment and activity program.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (12–14 years) and the Teen Club (15–17 years) are available with age-appropriate activities, games, and meeting points. This provides young guests with the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied holiday days.
The offering is complemented by a children's paddling pool as well as an entertainment area with video games (for a fee), which ensures additional leisure fun on board.

Wellness

The Samsara Spa (for a fee) covers around 6,000 m² across four decks and offers an exclusive oasis of relaxation at sea. Facilities include a thermal bath, a thalassotherapy pool, saunas, a Turkish steam bath, a solarium, as well as several whirlpools.
The wellness offering is rounded off by diverse wellness, beauty, and massage treatments that invite you to enjoy restful breaks and pure regeneration in a stylish ambiance.

Entertainment

For varied entertainment, there are spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a discotheque, as well as a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The diverse onboard program offers numerous opportunities for entertaining hours at sea, both during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including an indoor pool area as well as a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with multiple water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of about 65 meters, which enables impressive views of the sea.
The leisure offering is completed by atmospheric theme nights, interactive events, and other onboard events that ensure sociable hours and unforgettable holiday moments.

Lucky cabin: When booking a lucky cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside, or balcony cabin) is selected, but the assignment of the cabin number and deck is done by Costa. This may include cabins with separate beds, connecting doors, restricted views, or accessible cabins. Dining times in the main restaurants are also set by Costa.
