Accommodation

Inside cabin

The modern and functionally furnished inside cabins of the Costa Smeralda offer a comfortable ambiance for restful days at sea. Features include air conditioning, interactive satellite TV (pay TV for a fee), bathroom with shower and WC, hairdryer, safe, minibar (for a fee), and Wi-Fi (for a fee).
With a size of approx. 13 m², the inside cabins offer space for up to four people. Depending on cabin location and category, some have separate beds. The thoughtful design ensures a pleasant atmosphere and high comfort throughout the entire cruise.

Outside cabin

The outside cabins of the Costa Smeralda feature a large window or, in some cases, portholes and offer a beautiful ocean view. With a size of approx. 20 m², the ocean view cabins accommodate 2 to 4 people (some with separate beds). Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. The thoughtful design and generous sense of space make the outside cabin a comfortable retreat during the cruise.

Balcony cabin

The balcony cabins of the Costa Smeralda combine modern comfort with a private outdoor area and a magnificent view of the sea. The private balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh sea air and impressive views in a relaxed atmosphere.
The cabins are approx. 17 m² in size (plus balcony) and accommodate 2 to 4 people. Features include air conditioning, satellite TV, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, safe, as well as a minibar and Wi-Fi for a fee. Some cabins are equipped with separate beds.

Meals

Full board

On board, a total of 11 restaurants provide culinary variety with specialties from all over the world. These include a buffet restaurant, the "Pummid’Oro" pizzeria, the Teppanyaki restaurant, the family restaurant "Tutti a Tavola," as well as the "Laboratorio del Gusto," where selected dishes can be prepared by guests (partly for a fee and with reservation). Table times in the main restaurants are set by Costa.
The gastronomic offer is supplemented by 19 bars and cafés (for a fee), including the Spazio Bollicine by Ferrari Spumante, the Aperol Spritz Bar, the Campari Bar, the Sports Bar, the Bacaro Veneziano, the Nutella Café, and two Amarillo ice cream parlors. Thus, the Costa Smeralda offers diverse moments of enjoyment for every taste.

The MyItalian gourmet package can be added to the full board services. This includes a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for any time of day. This includes, among other things, cocktails such as Aperol Spritz, Campari Spritz, Negroni, and Martini cocktails, high-quality coffee specialties from Caffè Vergnano, as well as beer, soft drinks, and mineral water.
Also included are selected liqueurs, brandies, and bitters, including Limoncello, Grappa, Averna, and Ramazzotti, as well as Italian red, rosé, and white wines, Prosecco, and Spumante. The offer is rounded off by homemade Italian ice cream and selected culinary specialties. The beverage package ensures varied moments of enjoyment and underscores the Italian lifestyle on board the Costa Smeralda.

Sports included

For additional sports activities, various classes such as yoga, Pilates, and Kinesis are available in the aerobic studio (for a fee). Furthermore, individual training sessions with professional guidance can be booked in the fitness center (for a fee). Thus, your personal fitness program can be flexibly arranged even during the cruise.

Children's program

For children and teenagers, the Costa Smeralda offers a varied and age-appropriate leisure program in the popular Squok Kids Club. While the youngest guests can let off steam in the Mini Club (ages 3–6) with games and creative activities, the Maxi Club (ages 7–11) has a diverse entertainment and activity program ready.
For teenagers, the Teen Junior Club (ages 12–14) and the Teen Club (ages 15–17) are available with age-appropriate activities, games, and meeting points. Thus, young guests find the best conditions to make new friends and spend varied holiday days.

Entertainment

Varied entertainment is provided by spectacular shows in the theater, live music, a piano bar, a nightclub, and a casino for guests aged 18 and over. The diverse onboard program offers numerous opportunities for entertaining hours at sea during the day and in the evening.
For relaxation and swimming fun, four pools are available, including an indoor pool area and a separate swimming deck. Special highlights include the Aqua Park with several water slides and water attractions as well as the spectacular Skywalk at a height of around 65 meters, which offers impressive views of the sea.
The leisure offer is rounded off by atmospheric theme evenings, interactive events, and other onboard events that ensure social hours and unforgettable holiday moments.

Lucky cabin: When booking a lucky cabin, the desired cabin category (inside, outside, or balcony cabin) is selected, and the assignment of the cabin number and deck is made by Costa.
