Location

Only about 200 meters from the well-known city beach "Las Canteras".
Restaurants, bars, and shopping facilities are located in the vicinity, as well as the harbor and the aquarium "Poema del Mar" just about 1 kilometer away.
The airport is approximately 27 km away.

The apartment house, newly opened in 2022, is modern and offers 55 rooms. It features a reception area, elevator, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and a co-working space.

Studio

The inviting rooms (approx. 30 – 35 sqm) feature a combined living/sleeping area with a kitchenette including a refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and juicer, free satellite TV, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony (S12).
Also available for single occupancy (S11).

Apartment 1 Bedroom

Equipped similarly to the studios but larger (approx. 45 sqm), without a balcony, and with an additional separate bedroom (A12).

Studio Type B

Identical to the studios in terms of equipment, but without a balcony.
