The complex is situated in a quiet environment, approximately 2 km from the fine sandy dune beach of Maspalomas.

The beautiful complex features 266 terraced bungalows.
In the main building, you will find the reception, free Wi-Fi throughout the entire complex, a restaurant, and a mini-market.
The well-maintained, spacious outdoor area features 2 large swimming pools (one of which can be heated in winter), a children's pool, a sun terrace with sun loungers, fixed sunshades, a pool bar, and a children's playground.

Accommodation

Bungalow 1 Bedroom

The bungalows, renovated in 2021/22, are decorated in a friendly and functional style and are approx. 37 m² in size.
On the ground floor, there is a living area (sofa bed for the 3rd person), ceiling fan, telephone, free satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, and a small furnished front garden.
The first floor features an open bedroom, rental safe, bathroom with shower/WC, and a small balcony (B12).
Also available for single occupancy (B11).
(Additionally bookable under LPAA07 as a bungalow (BU) and bungalow with 2 bedrooms (B22)).

Bungalow Plus 1 Bedroom

Equipped the same as the 1-bedroom bungalows, but with pool view or garden view (B2B).
Also available for single occupancy (B1B).
(Additionally bookable under LPAA07 with 2 bedrooms as bungalow type C (BT2).)

Bungalow Deluxe (LPAA07)

Similar in equipment to the Bungalow Plus, the Bungalow Deluxe also includes air conditioning.

Bungalow Superior (LPAA07)

The Superior bungalows offer similar equipment to the Bungalow Plus but additionally feature air conditioning and are located in a quieter area with a view of the golf course (2BU). Also bookable with two bedrooms (22U).
