The bungalow-style suite hotel, partly spread over 2 levels, offers 233 units in a 75,000 m² subtropical garden.
The complex with appealing facilities features a reception, a main restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant (open at specific times and days/for a fee), and a bar (for a fee).
The outdoor area includes 3 swimming pools and 2 children's pools (all pools heated in winter), a splash park, sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas, a pool/snack bar, and a children's playground.

Equipped similarly to the suites but more spacious (approx. 58 – 82 m²) and with 2 separate bedrooms (SS2).

Equipped similarly to the suites with 1 bedroom, but with a shower, and additionally featuring a coffee/tea station, a minibar stocked with soft drinks upon arrival, children's decoration, a small play tent, and 2 loungers on the terrace (2FS).
