The complex is located next to the palm oasis of Maspalomas, only approx. 500 m from the start of the long dune beach and the promenade with restaurants, bars, and shops.
Playa del Inglés is about 3.5 km away.
The airport is approx. 35 km away.

The complex, renovated in 2020, has 23 accommodation units spread over 3 floors.
Facilities include: reception (staffed for a few hours several times a week), small swimming pool (heated in winter), and a sunbathing lawn with loungers and a sun terrace for nudists.

Accommodation

1-Bedroom Apartment with Balcony

The apartments (approx. 35 sqm) are individually and attractively furnished with a living room, satellite TV, safe (free), air conditioning (free), kitchenette, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC, and a balcony. They are located on the 1st or 2nd floor (A12).
(Preferred location only possible as a non-binding customer request).
For bookings with 3 people: extra bed in the living room.
Also available for single occupancy (A11).

2-Bedroom Apartment

Equipped similarly to the 1-bedroom apartment with balcony, but with 2 bedrooms (A22).
Also available for single occupancy (A21).

1-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace

These apartments are equipped like the 1-bedroom apartments with balcony, but feature a terrace or small garden and are located on the ground floor (AT2).
Also available for single occupancy (AT1).

Meals

Room Only, Breakfast, Half Board

Breakfast and dinner are served at the Banderas restaurant in the Oasis Beach Shopping Center (approx. 300 m from the complex).
Continental breakfast from 9 am and dinner with a choice of menu.

Hotel service

Cleaning every 2 days, towel change and bed linen change every 4 days.
Pool towels (against deposit/fee).
Parking for a fee / subject to availability on site (cannot be reserved in advance).
