In a prime location close to the kilometer-long sandy beach of Maspalomas and the palm oasis. Adjacent are the hotels Palm Beach, Faro and Oasis.
On the beach promenade (approx. 200 m away), you will find numerous shops, bars, and restaurants.
The airport is about 36 km away.

The ideally located apartment complex, popular with guests, comprises a total of 52 residential units spread across several 2 to 3-story individual apartment buildings, each with 12 or 6 apartments, as well as a communal pool.
It features a central reception with safety deposit boxes, a small internet corner (for a fee), a reception (open for a few hours during the day), and a small mini-market (all located in the Amapola building).

1 Bedroom Apartment Type A

The apartments feature a living room with a sofa bed for the third person, an integrated kitchenette with a cooking area and refrigerator, coffee maker and toaster, 1 separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, and a terrace on the lower floor (A12).
Also available for single occupancy (A11).

Same amenities as Type A apartments, but located on upper floors with a balcony (AB2).
Also available for single occupancy (AB1).

Meals

Room only, Breakfast, or Half Board

Breakfast and dinner are served at the Banderas restaurant in the "Oasis Beach" shopping center (approx. 650 m from the complex).
Continental breakfast from 9 a.m. and dinner with a choice of menu.

Hotel service

Cleaning 3 times a week (kitchen area excluded), bed linen changed once, towels changed twice weekly.
