The boutique apartment complex with a total of 18 units is located in the preferred apartment and villa district of Playa del Inglés, in the third row from the beach and in a quiet side street.
It is approximately 100 m to the beach promenade and about a 10-minute walk to the popular "Yumbo" Center and about 5 minutes to the "Cita" shopping center.

In the beautifully landscaped outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (heatable in winter) with sun loungers.
On the roof, there is a sun terrace with loungers and a whirlpool, as well as a separate nudist area with loungers.
