In a central, relatively quiet location, approx. 200 m from the beach promenade.
From the promenade, it is approx. 400 m via stairs to the beach.
Next door is the "La Sandia" shopping center with supermarkets, bars, and restaurants.
Other entertainment centers such as "Cita" and "Yumbo" can be reached in a few minutes' walk.

Facilities

Popular with regular guests, this well-equipped complex with 119 residential units spread over 7 floors features a reception, elevators, a bar, and a restaurant.
In the garden, there is a swimming pool with a separate children's pool (heatable in winter), a sun terrace with sun loungers and a pool bar, as well as a children's playground.
Wi-Fi is free in the reception area.
