Located directly on the upper beach promenade of Playa del Ingles in a quiet area, with a fantastic panoramic view over the beach and sea.
You can reach the kilometer-long sandy dune beach via a staircase (a few minutes' walk).
The "La Sandia" shopping and entertainment center is approx. 300 m away.
The "Cita" shopping center is approx. 600 m away.
The airport is approx. 34 km away.

Facilities

This small holiday complex, which is very popular with German guests, is a schauinsland-reisen original and consists of 18 residential units spread over 3 floors.
There is no reception. Handover of keys and guest support is provided by the property manager (depending on arrival time, also via access code) and the local tour guide.
In the garden area, which is overgrown with flowers and palm trees, you will find the swimming pool, which can be heated in winter, along with a sun terrace and sun loungers with pads (free of charge).
It has a direct exit to the beach promenade.

Accommodation

1-bedroom apartment

Spacious overall layout with a separate bedroom, living room with sleeping accommodation for the 3rd person, fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, toaster, and coffee machine, bathroom with shower/WC, air conditioning, safe included, satellite TV free of charge, Wi-Fi included, and a furnished balcony or terrace (AB2).
