This small apartment complex is centrally located just a few steps from the beach promenade. The beach of Playa del Inglés can be reached via a staircase after a few minutes' walk.
The shopping and entertainment center "Yumbo" is approx. 1.2 km away, the shopping center "Cita" approx. 400 m away, and "La Sandia" approx. 1 km away.
The airport is approx. 34 km away.
