In the heart of Playa del Inglés, in a preferred and quiet location on the beach promenade, just a few minutes' walk from the "Yumbo", "Cita" and "La Sandia" shopping centers.
The beach of Playa del Inglés and the dunes can be reached in a few minutes' walk, partially via stairs.
The airport is approx. 34 km away.

The well-maintained complex, very popular with many regular guests, consists of 3 apartment buildings with a total of 54 apartments and offers a reception (open hourly during the day, otherwise a service number is provided), free Wi-Fi, a swimming pool (heatable in winter), sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, whirlpool, pool towels available against a deposit, a breakfast restaurant with terrace, and a small wellness area.

The tastefully and comfortably furnished apartments are on the ground floor and feature a living room (sleeping accommodation for the 3rd/4th person) with a well-equipped kitchenette (coffee machine, microwave, toaster, electric kettle) and dining area, free satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and rental safe.
Separate bedroom, bathroom with shower/WC with hairdryer as well as a furnished terrace (AA2).
