Very central, opposite the lively shopping and entertainment centers "Kasbah" and "Plaza" with their numerous restaurants, discopubs, and discos. It's about 200 m to the promenade and about 400 m to the popular sandy beach, which is accessible via stairs.
The airport is approximately 29 km away.

Facilities

The well-managed, 8-story aparthotel under German management, with a total of 116 apartments on 8 floors, features a reception, hotel safe for a fee, internet corner for a fee, free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, an à la carte restaurant, a bar with satellite TV, a swimming pool (heated in winter), and a sun terrace, a sauna (for a fee), a whirlpool, and a snack bar.
Additionally, for a fee, an exclusive sun deck ("Captains Deck") with artificial turf and Balinese loungers, a chill-out zone, and service are available.

Standard Apartment

The apartments feature a living/sleeping area, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, coffee machine, telephone, satellite TV (free), air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, a bathroom with shower/toilet and hairdryer, and a balcony.
The rooms are located on the lower floors of the main and annex buildings (AA2).

Superior Apartment

These apartments are equipped the same as the Standard Apartments but are exclusively located in the main building on the upper floors and were renovated in 2021.
Balconies are partially glazed (AC2).
Can also be booked for single occupancy (AC1) (sometimes also located on lower floors).
Also bookable with breakfast only (XAP).

Deluxe Apartment

These apartments are equipped the same as the Superior Apartments but are located on the upper floors.
In addition, guests receive a bottle of wine upon arrival and can use the sauna free of charge.
The balconies are partially glazed (AD2).
