Location

The apartment complex is located in the center of Playa del Inglés.
In the immediate vicinity you will find the shopping and entertainment center "Kasbah" and numerous restaurants, bars and discotheques.
The beach of Playa del Inglés can be reached via stairs, about 300 m away.
The airport is about 30 km away.

Facilities

The 8-story apartment building has a total of 224 residential units, a reception and, in the outdoor area, a swimming pool with a separate children's pool, a sun terrace with loungers and a tennis court.
On the roof of the building, there is a sun terrace with a separate FKK (nudist) area.

Accommodation

Studio

The studios are simply furnished and approx. 40m² in size.
They have a small kitchenette, bathroom with shower/WC, a combined living/sleeping area with 2 separate beds (no separate bedroom) and a sleeping facility for the third person, Wi-Fi (free), satellite TV (free/remote control for a deposit), rental safe and a furnished balcony or terrace (S12).
Also bookable for single occupancy (S11).
(Preferred furnishing regarding balcony or terrace only possible as a non-binding customer request).

Studio upper floors

Equipped the same as the studios, but located on the upper floors (5th-8th floor) and partially have side or direct sea views (S2B).
Also bookable for single occupancy (S1B).

Studio (LPAA67)

These have twin beds or a double bed and a sleeping possibility for the 3rd person. They also have a bathroom or shower/WC, kitchenette, LCD TV, rental safe and balcony (S12). Also bookable with sea view (SM2).

Sports for a Fee

Water sports facilities on the beach (local providers).

Hotel Service

Apartment cleaning 3 times a week (kitchen area excluded), bed linen change once a week, towel change 3 times a week.
