The apartments have a combined living-dining area with a sofa bed for the 3rd person, kitchenette (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, refrigerator), separate bedroom, satellite TV (free), rental safe, air conditioning/heating in winter (centrally controlled, seasonal operation), bathroom with shower/toilet with hairdryer, and a furnished balcony or terrace (A12).
