Just a few minutes' walk to the shopping centers "La Sandia", "Yumbo Center" and "Cita".
Playa del Inglés beach is about 300 m away, accessible via stairs.
The airport is approximately 31 km away.

The apartment complex has 77 residential units spread across 5 floors and a small 2-story annex connected to the main building.
Reception (open during the day), 2 elevators, breakfast restaurant, and Wi-Fi (free) throughout the complex.
In the beautifully landscaped and well-maintained garden, there is a swimming pool (heated in winter), a children's pool, as well as sun loungers and umbrellas.
On the roof, with fantastic views over Playa del Inglés, the dunes, and the sea, there is a sun terrace with loungers.

Modernly furnished, approx. 45m², with a separate bedroom, living room (with sleeping facilities for a child), free satellite TV, safe for rent, kitchenette with microwave and coffee machine, bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, and a furnished balcony.
The rooms have garden views and are located on the first and second floors (A12).
(Preferred location only possible as a non-binding customer request).
It can get cramped with maximum occupancy.

Buffet breakfast is served at El Palmar. Depending on the number of guests, there are different breakfast times.
Buffet dinner is served at the "Hotel Principado," located about 500 m away.
