Location

The apartment complex is located in the heart of the resort of Playa del Ingles, only approx. 200m from the beach. The center of Playa del Ingles can be reached after approx. 2 km, where a variety of bars, restaurants and shops invite you to linger and stroll. The capital Las Palmas (approx. 55 km) is worth a visit for an excursion. Las Palmas Airport is approx. 30 km away.

Facilities

The accommodation has a total of 150 residential units spread over 8 floors. The apartments are equipped with everything you need to feel completely at home on vacation. The accommodation's amenities include a reception, lobby, elevators, TV room, mini-market, restaurant & bar. In the garden area there are 2 swimming pools (one of them heated) and a sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool. Guests have the option to receive Wi-Fi for a fee.
