The complex has 75 units and features a small reception area (open at certain times during the day). In the outdoor area, there is a swimming pool (heatable in winter), a separate children's pool, a sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols, as well as a pool bar (open several times a week).

The comfortably furnished double rooms (approx. 45 m²) feature a combined living/sleeping area with sleeping arrangements for extra persons, satellite TV, safe (free of charge), Wi-Fi, air conditioning (individually adjustable), an open-plan kitchen with refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, and washing machine, as well as a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer (A12).
