The apartments, with an international clientele, are located approx. a 3-minute walk from "Playa de Mogán" beach. Shops, entertainment, bars, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

The complex with 75 accommodation units features a small reception area with a reception desk (open during limited hours). The outdoor area includes a swimming pool (heated in winter) and a separate children's pool, sun terrace, loungers, and umbrellas, as well as a pool bar (open several times a week).

The comfortably furnished double rooms (approx. 45 sqm) have a combined living/sleeping area with sleeping facilities for extra persons, satellite TV, safe (free), Wi-Fi, air conditioning (individually adjustable), an open-plan kitchen with refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a hairdryer (A12).
