Located directly on the marina of Puerto Rico, approximately 400 m to the beach, and 1.5 km to the shopping center of Puerto Rico.
The distance to Playa del Inglés is about 15 km and to the airport around 50 km.

Accommodation

Studio

The studios, suitable for a maximum of 2 people, are bright and friendly. They feature a combined living/bedroom with a double bed, a sofa, a safety deposit box (rental fee), satellite TV (free of charge), a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a furnished balcony.
Please note: There are some steps from the sleeping area to the living area (S12/S2B).
Also available for single occupancy (S11/S1B).

Super Saver Studio

Same amenities as the studios, but located in a less desirable position, without a special view and no balcony (ST2/AST).
Also available for single occupancy (ST1/S1A).

1 Bedroom Apartment

The apartments, suitable for a maximum of 3 people, have the same amenities as the studios but also feature a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Please note: There are some steps from the living area to the kitchen (A12/AB2).
Also available for single occupancy (A11/AB1).
