Built into the hillside with a beautiful view over the golf course and the mountains, the hotel has a total of 307 rooms spread over various buildings, a lobby with reception, Wi-Fi (free throughout the resort), 1 PC with free internet access, a main restaurant, à la carte restaurants (open on certain days and at certain times of the week) as well as a pool bar.
In the beautifully designed outdoor areas, there are 2 pools with sun loungers and Suns umbrellas, as well as a children's pool.
In addition, the Adults-only Sunset Pool (heatable in winter/accessible from 16 years/stairs available) is available on the top floor with Balinese beds (for a fee/by reservation) and a wonderful view as far as the Atlantic, as well as the Sunset Pool Bar. Small water features also create a harmonious overall image there.
A free shuttle bus service to Maspalomas beach is available several times a day (subject to availability).

The Deluxe rooms (modernized in 2024/25) are very comfortably furnished and feature a balcony with a seating area, air conditioning, satellite TV, free internet access (Wi-Fi), minibar, safe, iron and ironing board, and tea/coffee making facilities.
The bathroom has 2 sinks, a bathtub with a separate rain shower (some have a step), a glass front to the bedroom, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, bathrobe and slippers, as well as a separate toilet (DD2).

Same facilities as the Deluxe Double rooms, but with a golf view (DGV).

Deluxe Double Room Interconnecting

These are 2 Deluxe Double rooms with a connecting door (CI2).

Family Room

Same facilities as the Deluxe Double rooms, but slightly more spacious and bookable for 3-person occupancy (exclusively 2+1 or 3 adults) (DF2).

Junior Suite

The Junior Suites are located on the upper floors with a view of the golf course or the mountains and feature a separate living room and bedroom, separated by a door.
In the living room, there is sleeping accommodation for a 3rd person or 2 children.
There is access from both the living room and the bedroom. A bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathtub, and a separate rain shower (some have a step) with a glass front to the living/bedroom. Otherwise, the rooms are equipped with all the amenities of the Deluxe Double rooms and additionally offer a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules for a fee) (JS2).

Suite

The suites feature a visually and spatially separated sleeping and living area.
In the living area, there is sleeping accommodation for a 3rd person or 2 children.
The bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and a separate rain shower; otherwise, the rooms are equipped the same as the Deluxe Double rooms, but with an additional Nespresso coffee machine (capsules for a fee) (S2).

This approx. 84 m² comfortable Family Suite features a separate bedroom, a living/bedroom with a sofa bed, bath/shower and WC, kitchenette, and balcony (FJ2).

Family Room Deluxe (LPAA47)

These correspond to the Deluxe Double rooms (2DF).
