This small apartment complex is centrally located directly on the beach promenade. The beach of Playa del Ingles can be reached by stairs after a few minutes' walk. Shops, bars, and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. A bus stop is about 3 minutes away, and the airport is about 27 km away.

The complex has 8 apartments and a free Wi-Fi area. The well-maintained garden features a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols. There is also direct access to the beach promenade.

The apartments are bright and friendly, equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with sleeping facilities for extra persons, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, coffee machine, and microwave, a rental safe, flat-screen satellite TV (included), individually adjustable air conditioning, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with shower/WC and hairdryer, and a furnished balcony or terrace (steps present) (A12).
It can be cramped at maximum occupancy.
