Location

The beautiful apartment complex, consisting of the two buildings Finca La Roseta and the Borbolán apartments, is a schauinsland-reisen original. Quietly and idyllically located in Valle Gran Rey, surrounded by banana plantations. The road through the valley is about 150 m away. It is approximately 400 m to the sea with its natural beach, and the town center is about 500 m away. Right next door is the typical restaurant "El Palmar". Shopping facilities are nearby.

The "Finca La Roseta" apartment building, unique in its construction style and featuring Canarian flair, has a total of 12 residential units that vary in layout and size. The small and well-managed "Borbolán" apartment building has 7 residential units.
Both apartment buildings share a beautiful tropical orchard with a swimming pool as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols, which are provided free of charge.
Wi-Fi is included in all apartments.

"La Roseta" Apartment 1 BR

The apartments, furnished in a highly individual and rustic style with solid wood furniture (approx. 40-46 m² depending on the apartment), are equipped with a living room (sleeping space for the 3rd person - smaller sofa bed), a separate bedroom with 2 single beds, as well as a spacious and modern kitchenette, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi. All residential units are equipped with a beautiful marble bathroom and feature a furnished balcony with side sea views (A12).
Can also be booked for single occupancy (A11).

"Borbolán" Apartment 1 BR

The approx. 35 m² apartments are located in small terraced houses one behind the other and are equipped with a living room with a sofa bed (sleeping space for the 3rd person: smaller sofa bed), a separate bedroom with 2 single beds, a kitchenette, Wi-Fi (incl.), bathroom, and a furnished terrace.
Apartment Borbolán has a photovoltaic system and generates part of the electricity supply for the apartments itself (AB2).
Can also be booked for single occupancy (AB1).

A small, detached house in the complex that is equipped like the "Borbolán" type B apartments, but additionally features a 2nd bedroom (22B).
