Location

This quiet property is situated in a beautiful location at the end of a cul-de-sac.
The small complex features a communal pool with a barbecue area and a beautifully landscaped garden. It is a perfect spot for active holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet.
The complex is located between El Paso and Los Llanos de Aridane, making it the perfect base for excursions into nature, to the beach (approx. 8 km) or to the town (approx. 2.5 km).
The nearest supermarket is about 2 km away and the airport is about 30 km away.

Facilities

The 10 residential units are spread out in a park-like setting across the charmingly terraced complex. Terraces with a pool and barbecue area are also laid out on different levels.

1 Bedroom Bungalow

The bungalows have a living and dining area, a separate bedroom, bathroom/WC, and sea and mountain views (B12).

2 Bedroom Bungalow

Equipped with a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom/WC, and an oven in the integrated kitchen. The bungalows also feature a garden area, roof terrace, and sea views (B22).

Superior 1 Bedroom Bungalow

With the same amenities as the bungalows, the Superior Bungalows are spread over 2 floors.
The lower level features a living and dining area, WC, terrace, and wood-burning stove. The upper level contains the bedroom and a bathroom (2BU).

2 Bedroom House private Pool

The house (approx. 130 m²) has 2 floors, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living kitchen with an island, oven, a covered terrace, and a private pool. The house is not located directly within Finca Hermosilla but on private grounds (H24/"La Cabaña").

Superior 2 Bedroom Villa private Pool

The villa (approx. 120 m²) features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living/dining room. The garden (approx. 350 m²) includes a private pool, a covered terrace, and an elevated terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the Aridana valley (V2U/"El Olivo").

Studio

On request:
The studios feature a combined living and sleeping area, a small kitchenette with gas/electric stove, freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, espresso machine, toaster, and refrigerator.
They also include a dining area, separate bathroom/WC, and satellite TV (S12).

3 Bedroom House

On request:
The old Canarian house is approximately 120 years old and has 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living and dining room, a separate kitchen with an oven, and 2 terraces with sea views (H32).
