The complex, consisting of the hotels La Palma Princess (family area) and Esencia de La Palma (adults-only/from 16 years), features a total of 625 rooms and is located in Cerca Vieja, municipality of Fuencaliente, directly by the sea.
The nearest beach, "La Zamora", is approx. 1.5 km away.
The complex is situated in one of the island's best climate zones, approx. 50 minutes from the airport and the capital, Santa Cruz de La Palma.

Breakfast buffet from 7:30-10 AM, late-riser breakfast from 9-10:30 AM (El Mirador), lunch buffet from 1-3 PM, snacks (hot dogs, hamburgers, rolls, and sandwiches with cheese and ham) from 12-5 PM, and cake and sweets from 5-6 PM.

Arrival by car

When booking with a rental car:
After you have received your car at the airport, keep right and drive in the direction of Mazo/Fuencaliente/Los Canarios, which you will reach after approx. 23 km.
Here, follow the left turn towards Vulkano/Hotel Teneguia/La Palma Princess down towards the coast.
You will drive past the San Antonio volcano and later pass through the small village of Las Indias.
Follow the main road all the way down until you reach a sharp left turn.
Follow this, and after approx. 100 m you will see the hotel complex on the right side.
Take the third exit of the roundabout, follow the road down, and you will find the entrance area of the hotel there.
