The complex is located in the heart of the tourist resort of Los Cancajos. Bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy are in close proximity. The beach is a 6-minute walk away.
The capital, Santa Cruz de La Palma, is 5 km away and easily accessible by local bus (approx. 60 minutes on foot).
The airport is also nearby (+/- 5 km).

These apartments have 1 bedroom (with double bed) and are approx. 70m² in size, spread over 2 floors. The ground floor has a combined living/dining area with a kitchen and a toilet. The upper floor has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/toilet, and a dressing room. These rooms also have a terrace (approx. 15m² with direct access to the pool).
Further amenities include: TV (satellite TV, flat screen) in the living room and bedroom, rental safe (€2.50 per day), Wi-Fi (included), kitchen with microwave, coffee machine, oven, and washing machine. These rooms were completely renovated in 2023 (QX2).
