A modern and tastefully designed complex with attractive overall furnishings and 1,020 beds. Amenities include a spacious hotel lobby, Boreal Lobby Bar, free Wi-Fi in the lobby, Mosaico buffet restaurant with terrace and show cooking, à-la-carte restaurants Cape Nao and Taqueria la Hacienda (for a fee), pool bar "O'Lula," and 4 elevators. The well-maintained grounds feature two large freshwater pools (1 heated). One of the pools acts as a shared pool and is available for the joint use of both complexes (SPC010 and SPC310). Pool bar, a children's paddling pool, and a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. The hotel is modernized and the rooms have been renovated.

The rooms are equipped like the Double room sea view, but with additional amenities such as a rainfall shower, desk, slippers and bathrobe from The Level, capsule coffee machine, iron and steamer, and daily turndown service (2LM).
