Located directly on the black lava beach of Puerto Naos with direct access to the beach. Shops and entertainment options in the neighboring towns of Los Llanos de Aridane and El Remo. Regular bus service to Los Llanos.

The complex has a total of 1,020 beds. Amenities include a dining room with a terrace, show cooking, a snack bar, and 2 elevators in the apartment building. The well-maintained outdoor area features a spacious freshwater pool, which can be heated and serves as a communal pool. It is open for shared use by both complexes (SPC010 and SPC310). Restaurant, 1 children's paddling pool, playground, and sun terrace with loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels available for a deposit and for a fee for exchange.

The approximately 51m² apartments are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with a separate bedroom, kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, telephone, satellite TV, rental safe, Wi-Fi (incl.), toilet/bath with bathtub, terrace or balcony (A12). Some apartments have been renovated (only possible as a non-binding customer request).

Equipped like the 1 Bedroom Apartments, with the addition of a side sea view (2AS).

Studio

The approximately 33m² studios feature a combined living/sleeping area, kitchenette, refrigerator, coffee machine, telephone, satellite TV, rental safe, toilet/bath with bathtub, terrace or balcony (S12). The studios are not renovated.
Also available for single occupancy (S11).

Suite with sea view

Equipped like the apartments, with the addition of air conditioning, satellite TV in the bedroom and living room, bathroom with rain shower and sea view. The suites have an open wardrobe (S2M).
Also available for single occupancy (S1M).
From Summer 26 also bookable without sea view (S2/S1).
