The modern apartment complex is located in immediate proximity to the old town of Arrecife, separated from the sandy beach by only one road (approx. 100m). The charming promenade with restaurants and bars can also be reached in just a few minutes' walk.
The island's capital boasts many sights, such as the "Castillo San Jose" designed by the island artist Cesar Manrique or the "Islote de Fermina". Other attractions include the "Castillo San Gabriel" and the church "San Gines".
Bus connections to Puerto del Carmen and Costa Teguise are also available.
The airport is approximately 6 km away.
