Location

The hotel is located in the Costa Teguise holiday area, approx. 300 m from the small sand beach Los Charcos and approx. 700 m from the main beach Las Cucharas.
The town centre with shops, restaurants, cafés and bars is also only about 500 m away.

Facilities

This adults-only complex has a total of 172 apartments (22 two-bedroom apartments and 150 one-bedroom apartments), spread over 3 floors.
It features a restaurant with international buffet, a pool bar, a bar lounge and Wi-Fi in the reception area included (otherwise for a fee).
The reception is open 24 hours a day.
The outdoor area has 2 swimming pools, one exclusively for the premium area (both heated all year round).
Sun loungers and umbrellas are included.

The apartments (approx. 35 m²) have a separate bedroom and are all equipped with a telephone, satellite TV in the living room, and a kitchenette. Safes can be rented for a fee and a deposit.

Premium Serenity Apartment

Same facilities as the one-bedroom apartments with pool view.
These have been renovated and are located in a separate area of the hotel. In addition to the outdoor swimming pool, a separate chill-out area and pool are available for all guests booking a Premium apartment.
The apartments also feature an LCD satellite TV, microwave, and toaster. (R2E)
Also bookable as a one-bedroom apartment for single use (R1E) or with 2 separate bedrooms (ER3) located on the upper floors.
