The complex is located on the south coast of the island, right by the sea.
It is approx. a 5-minute walk to the centre of the small fishing village of Playa Blanca and to the Marina Rubicon yacht harbour.
The "Playa Dorada" sandy bay is just a few steps away.

The modern 5-star hotel, newly renovated and designed in summer 2021, has 447 rooms and 14 rooms adapted for guests with disabilities, spread over 3 floors.
The complex also offers an elegant lobby with a reception, lifts, cosy bars and restaurants, as well as a lounge with a stage for shows and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
In the spacious gardens, there are 8 swimming pools, sun terraces, sun loungers, parasols (pool towels are complimentary), the "Rendez Vous" lobby bar, two pool bars ("Marlin" and "Barracuda"), the "Spin Bar" sports bar, and the "Coco Café". Dinner can be enjoyed buffet-style or in one of the open à-la-carte restaurants.
