Location

The hotel with a beautiful and direct view of the neighboring island of Fuerteventura is located in a quiet area in the southwest of Lanzarote on a rocky coast with a small natural beach (bathing shoes recommended).
The nearest sandy beach bay is approx. 1.5 km away.
The old town of Playa Blanca is approx. 4 km away, the airport approx. 35 km.
At the other end of Playa Blanca are also the popular Papagayo beaches (approx. 10 km).
Playa Blanca has a beautifully designed promenade with restaurants, bars and shops (approx. 3 km away), as well as the "Marina Rubicon" marina, opened in May 2004, with further restaurants, bars and shops (approx. 5 km away).

Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.
Beach towels are available for a deposit (change for a small fee).

The double rooms (approx. 25m²) are spacious and modern, with satellite TV (free, remote control for a deposit), telephone, air conditioning and ceiling fan, safe, bathroom/toilet, hairdryer.
The double rooms are on the ground floor and have a terrace (D).

These rooms have a separate bedroom and a separate living room with a sofa bed.
