The hotel is located approx. 3.5 km from the center of the tourist resort Playa Blanca, directly by the sea, with access to the promenade and a magnificent view of Fuerteventura and Lobos.

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms with Garden View, these rooms are located in a separate adults-only area and additionally feature a coffee/tea maker, bathrobe, slippers, a minibar stocked upon arrival (refilling at a charge), 1 entry to the water circuit of the thalasso center (per person and stay), and a small welcome gift upon arrival.
