The hotel is located about 3.5 km from the center of the tourist resort Playa Blanca, directly on the sea, with access to the promenade and a magnificent view of Fuerteventura and Lobos.
The unique architecture of the hotel consists of several buildings and extensive gardens.

Arrecife Airport is approximately 35 km away, the capital Arrecife about 40 km, and the port about 2 km.

The stylishly designed facilities include an inviting lobby with reception and 10 elevators, 3 à la carte restaurants with reservations subject to availability (Italian, Asian, and Pool Restaurant with American cuisine), 1 main restaurant with themed buffets and show cooking. The buffet restaurant "Tabaiba" is available to all guests until the end of April 2026 and will be renamed "Blue Moon" from approximately May 1, 2026, located in a separate adults-only area (18+), promising peace and exclusivity.
