The hotel is located approx. 3.5 km from the center of the tourist resort Playa Blanca, directly on the sea, with access to the promenade and magnificent views of Fuerteventura and Lobos.

The 632-room comfort hotel is built in a village style with several outbuildings.
Chicly designed facilities include an inviting lobby with a reception and 10 elevators, 3 à la carte restaurants (reservation required, subject to availability) serving Italian, Asian, and American pool dishes, and 1 main restaurant with themed buffets and show cooking. The buffet restaurant "Tabaiba" is available to all guests until the end of April 2026. From approximately May 1, 2026, it will be renamed "Blue Moon" buffet restaurant and will be located in the separate adults-only area (18+), promising peace and exclusivity.
Additionally, there is a bistro (for a fee/adults-only from approx. May 1, 2026), a boutique, library, newsstand, pub, and bars for entertainment.
The beautiful pool landscape consists of a total of 8 pools (one heated in winter and a saltwater pool), including 3 children's pools, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool/snackbar.

With the same amenities as the Double Rooms Garden View, these rooms are located in a separate adults-only area and additionally feature a coffee/tea maker, bathrobe, slippers, a minibar stocked upon arrival (refills for a fee), and 1x entry to the water circuit of the thalasso center (per person per stay).
