The spacious luxury hotel complex (385 rooms and suites), built in the Canarian style, leaves nothing to be desired for guests with sophisticated tastes.
Consisting of a main building and a family building, this noble property offers stylishly appointed facilities such as the lobby with reception, bar salon, piano bar, hairdresser, and boutiques.
There are a total of 8 restaurants, which open variably depending on occupancy: international, Italian dishes, and grilled specialties in buffet form with show cooking. Additionally, there are 5 à la carte specialty restaurants: Japanese, Italian, a tapas restaurant, Canarian gourmet cuisine with authentic flavors from local, sustainable ingredients, and a poolside lunch restaurant. The Canarian gourmet restaurant “Isla de Lobos” serves products from the hotel's own farm, “Finca de Uga”.
The furniture is made of teak wood, and the ceilings and curtains are made of selected fabrics featuring motifs from Canarian textile culture.
In the well-kept garden area, there is 1 freshwater and 1 saltwater pool (freshwater pool heated), a separate children's pool (heated), 2 whirlpools (one for adults, one for children), as well as sun terraces with sun loungers, parasols, and a juice bar.
In the separate family building (which features a freshwater pool for adults and one for children, both heated), connected to the main building by an attractively designed underpass, is the fitness studio, which is free of charge for guests.

Superior Double Room

Approx. 43m² in size, elegantly designed with teak furniture, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, safe (included), minibar (for a fee), Wi-Fi (included), kitchenette, Nespresso machine (3 capsules per day included, more for a fee), refrigerator, microwave, kettle for tea and coffee, sitting area. Bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, bathrobe, and bath towels, as well as toiletries.
All double rooms have a large terrace, adjustable sun loungers, and garden or pool view (DSU).
Optionally bookable for single use (DEU) or with sea view (DMU).

Relax Double Room

Same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms.
Exclusively bookable for adults aged 16 and over, with à la carte breakfast in one of the à la carte restaurants as well as an aromatherapy welcome package. Daily access (once per day/from age 16) to the Thalasso center with the Biomarine Circuit (seawater circuit with 33°C, sauna, and steam bath). (R2Z)
Optionally also bookable with sea view (RM2).

Junior Suite Sea View

Same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms, larger (approx. 45 m²) and additionally feature an optically separated living area with sitting area/sofa bed, two TVs, Nespresso machine (3 capsules per day included, more for a fee), as well as a sea view (J2M/JMI).

Suite

Same facilities as the Superior Double Rooms.
The suites are larger (approx. 65 m²) and feature a separate bedroom, a living room with a sitting area/sofa bed, two TVs, and a bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, which is accessible via a small step.
All suites have a large terrace and adjustable sun loungers (S2/SI).
Optionally also bookable with sea view (S2M), as single + child (1SK), or as an Interconnecting Suite with a connecting door (ICS).

Suite Excellence Sea View

Bookable from 1.11.2026:
Same facilities as the suites, including a “Vegan Relaxing Massage” (1 hour per adult/per stay) as well as a bottle of Cava and a cheese platter upon arrival. Children also receive a welcome gift. (2MA)

Duplex Suite

The 63m² suites in maisonette style feature two separate sleeping areas (on the lower level with a king-size bed and on the upper level with 2 single beds), an integrated living area, a separate bathroom with a bathtub, a separate toilet, as well as internet access and an espresso capsule machine (three capsules per day included).
Large terrace with garden, pool, or side sea view (S2X).

Family Suite 2 Bedrooms

Located in the annex (approx. 88 m²) and feature 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), a salon with a sofa bed for the 3rd child, kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, sink, coffee and tea-making facilities, 3 TVs, and a furnished balcony with garden or pool view (SF2).
With the same facilities, also optionally bookable as Family Suite Type A 2 Bedrooms (ASF) with maximum occupancy of 3+0/2+1 (on certain dates).

Royal Kids Suite

Located on the 3rd floor of the family area. They have a living space of 88 m² as well as a furnished terrace with views of the gardens and the pool area.
Decorated and furnished in a Canarian colonial style, they feature 2 separate bedrooms (one with a king-size bed and one child-friendly decorated room with 3 single beds), 2 separate bathrooms (one with a bathtub and one with a shower), a separate living area, 3 TVs, kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave, and kettle for tea/coffee.
Comprehensive service packages depending on the age of the children are included, e.g.: surprise gift for children, children's minibar, baby monitor, children's toiletries. (2SB)
Baby equipment: Baby bathtub with child seat and changing table.
Baby monitor, baby bottle sterilizer, bottle warmer, baby food cooker, stroller/buggy, high chair.

Presidential Suite

The comfortably furnished Presidential Suite (approx. 99 m²), with the same facilities as the suites, offers views of the gardens or swimming pools and consists of two bedrooms, a separate anteroom, living room, as well as two bathrooms (one with only a shower and one with a bathtub and shower) with toiletries and a large furnished terrace (approx. 38m²) with views of the garden and the swimming pool.
Complimentary slippers and bathrobes, microwave, coffee and tea-making facilities, pillow and duvet selection, minibar, safe (included), sound system with USB port.
Daily newspaper as well as hotel amenities (e.g., fruit platter, various cheeses, a bottle of wine, etc.), personal concierge, complimentary late check-out (upon request on-site/no advance reservation possible), as well as 1x Biomarine circuit (per adult per stay) in the Thalasso Spa center and 10% discount on massages (excluding offers) in the Thalasso center (reservation required).
Upon arrival, a bottle of sparkling wine and a fruit basket will be available in the room (PS).

Meals

Breakfast/Half-board

Rich breakfast buffet in one of the buffet restaurants (7:30–10:30 a.m.).
Half-board includes dinner in three buffet restaurants with show cooking: the international restaurant “Yaiza”, the Italian restaurant “La Piazzetta”, and the grill and buffet restaurant “Hacienda”.
The main restaurant for dinner is the international buffet restaurant “Yaiza”, where the theme buffet varies daily. During certain periods, another buffet restaurant may be open alternatively.
À-la-carte restaurants are not included in the half-board. However, guests with half-board receive a daily voucher for €25 per adult or €12.50 per child (3–12.99 years) for the consumption of food in the à-la-carte restaurants “Isla de Lobos” and “Kampai”. The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash; it can only be applied to food starting from the respective minimum amount. Application to beverages is not possible.
Beverages are not included in the half-board.
