Location

This attractive holiday complex is located between Marina Rubicon marina and the Papagayo beaches, approx. 3 km from the center of Playa Blanca.
The apartments are 200 m from the sea, and some of them offer sea views.
A new shopping center is located opposite the complex, and a small natural beach is 250 m away.
The airport is approx. 30 km away.

Facilities

The complex consists of 32 ground-floor apartments, a reception (open mornings), a reading corner, and extensive gardens.
Here you will find a swimming pool as well as a children's pool, whirlpool, and sun terrace with loungers or Bali beds (extra charge/subject to availability on site).
The complex also has its own multi-purpose court and free Wi-Fi at reception and in the rooms.
Wheelchair-accessible ramps to communal areas are available for guests with disabilities.

2-bedroom apartment

The comfortably furnished apartments (approx. 70m²) consist of two separate bedrooms, one with two single beds pushed together (double bed as a non-binding customer request/subject to availability) and the other with a sofa bed or extra beds for the 3rd and 4th person.
The rooms also have a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, kitchenware, and a small dining area, as well as a living area with a flat-screen TV and two bathrooms with a shower/bathtub and hairdryer.
Further amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a safe (extra charge), as well as a furnished terrace.
