The family-friendly hotel complex is located in Puerto del Carmen. The airport is approximately 8 km away. The nearest beaches are approximately 1 km away (Playa Blanca/Playa Grande/Playa Chica).

The hotel complex, completely renovated in 2023, consists of 148 rooms spread across several buildings.
In the spacious garden area is the highlight of the hotel: the newly designed water park, consisting of two outdoor pools (saltwater) with a total of 6 water slides, a children's pool area with an aqua playground and pirate ship. The additional main pool also offers a large sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, inviting you to relax (pool towels included).
Furthermore, the complex offers a 24-hour reception and free Wi-Fi throughout the complex, a buffet restaurant, a pool bar, and entertainment for all ages.

Comfort Apartment

The cozy, completely renovated rooms (approx. 33m²) offer a separate bedroom with a double or twin bed and a living room with a sofa bed for the 3rd/4th person. TV, Wi-Fi (included) and a kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, kettle) as well as air conditioning with heating function, bathroom with toilet/shower, safe (for a fee) and furnished terrace/balcony. Comfort Apartment 2 Bedrooms

With the same amenities as the Comfort Rooms, these offer two separate bedrooms and are larger (42m²). For the 4th or 5th person in the room, the sofa bed is available. (KAT).

Baku Family Room

Available from May 1, 2026:
The Baku Family Room features a main bedroom with a double bed and a separate children's room with a bunk bed in a marine design. The living room with a sofa bed (for the 5th and 6th person) and TV offers additional comfort.
Further amenities include a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, individually adjustable air conditioning/heating, microwave, kettle, minibar (for a fee), safe (included), and Wi-Fi (included), as well as a furnished terrace. Upon arrival, families will receive a themed welcome package for children. (DF2)

Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the main restaurant as a buffet, with selected drinks (water, soft drinks, beer, and wine/self-service) and show cooking. Sandwiches are also available at lunchtime. Unlimited selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as snacks (e.g., burgers, sandwiches, chips, ice cream, etc.) during bar opening hours.
Wearing an all-inclusive wristband is mandatory.
