Centrally located and only 200 m from the gently sloping main beach "Playa Grande".
The center of Puerto del Carmen with shopping and entertainment facilities, restaurants and bars is in immediate vicinity on the beach promenade.

Well-maintained apartment complex with 138 apartments, grouped around the large outdoor pool in various three-story buildings (3 elevators available).
The central building houses the reception, designed in Canarian style, and the breakfast restaurant.
In the garden area with a freshwater pool and separate children's pool (both heated in winter) and sun terrace, there is also a cafeteria/snack bar.
Enjoy wonderful tranquility on the panoramic sun terrace with a magnificent sea view and a relaxing whirlpool, as well as loungers and sunshades.
