The centrally located complex is partly situated on a slope, above the promenade of Puerto del Carmen, at the level of the wide sandy beach "Playa Grande".
The beach can be reached in a 5-minute walk.
Numerous restaurants, shops, and entertainment options are located in the immediate vicinity on the beach promenade.
The old town with its fishing harbor, restaurants, and bars is approx. 15 minutes away on foot.
The island capital Arrecife is approx. 15 km away, and the airport is approx. 12 km away.

The cozily designed complex has 12 bungalows, each with one bedroom, 25 apartments, also each with one bedroom, and 9 apartments, each with two bedrooms.
The reception is open for a few hours daily.
In the well-maintained, beautifully landscaped garden area, there is a heated freshwater swimming pool with a small, separate children's pool, a sun terrace, and a poolside snack bar.
Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool.

Accommodation

1-Bedroom Apartment

The apartments (approx. 36 m²) are modernly and cozily furnished and feature a living area (extra bed for the 3rd person), as well as a separate bedroom, kitchenette (incl. toaster, microwave, coffee machine, ceramic hob), shower/WC, telephone, rental safe, Wi-Fi (included), flat-screen satellite TV, and a furnished balcony or terrace.
An extra sun lounger can be provided on the balcony/terrace upon request for a fee (A12/KA3).
Also available for single occupancy (A11) upon request.
Breakfast included is bookable with AB2/AB1.

2-Bedroom Apartment

Same amenities as the apartments, additionally with a second bedroom (approx. 56 m²).
The 5th person will receive an extra bed in the living area (A22).
Also available for single occupancy (A21) upon request.
Breakfast included is bookable for double occupancy with 22B.

Bungalow Sea View

All bungalows have a separate bedroom.
The 3rd person will receive an extra bed in the living area.
With otherwise identical amenities to the 1-bedroom apartments, the rooms are approx. 40 m² in size and feature a side or direct sea view (BM2).
Also available for single occupancy (BM1) upon request.
Also available with breakfast for double occupancy (BMB) or single occupancy (BEM).
