Lage

The spacious Las Gaviotas complex is separated from Matagorda beach only by the newly designed promenade.
Some of the Superior bungalows are located in the first row to the beach (approx. 50 m to the beach).
Shopping and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity (shopping center “Matagorda”, approx. 50 m away).
The center of Puerto del Carmen is approx. 3 km away and can be easily reached on foot via the beach promenade.
A bus stop with bus connections to Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife can be reached in approx. 10 minutes on foot.

The charming complex with island-typical architecture has 133 bungalows, which are spread over 6 separate areas and each have their own pool (3 of which have children's pools, 3 pools can be heated in winter). Furthermore, a beautiful park and garden area with sun loungers and Suns (included and fixed in the ground) as well as a sun terrace invites you to relax.
Further amenities include the 24-hour reception and a snack bar.
The complex is located directly on the beach (depending on the room location, it is between 50m and 800m to the beach).

Appartement Superior

The apartments have been renovated and have a living room with an extra bed, fan, additional air conditioning, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, satellite flat-screen TV and a separate bedroom with large wardrobes, safe (for a fee and with prior reservation), fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and dishes) and a bathroom, mostly with a shower/partially a bathtub and hairdryer.
All apartments have a private terrace with a small garden, chairs and a table, as well as sun loungers.

With the same amenities as the Superior apartments, these rooms have a bathroom with a shower (some with a raised entrance via a small step). The distance to the beach is approx. 800 m. (A2S)
