This apartment complex, very popular on the German market, features a pool/snack bar, a well-maintained garden area with a swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace (sun loungers and umbrellas are included, pool towels available for a deposit), a separate children's pool, a 24-hour reception, a lift (rooms are not accessible by lift), Wi-Fi throughout the complex (included), a restaurant, and a chill-out bar.

The apartments (approx. 38 sqm) feature a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer, a kitchen with a microwave, refrigerator, extractor hood, ceramic hob, coffee/tea maker, and a dining area, a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed for the 3rd person, satellite TV, telephone, and seating area. Furthermore, there is a separate bedroom with two single beds, a large wardrobe, air conditioning and a safe (for a fee), as well as a balcony or terrace. (A12)
