Charming complex located above Costa Adeje. The sandy beach can be reached after approx. 1 km, including via the free hotel bus (daily, except Sundays. There is no return trip to the hotel on Thursdays and Saturdays).

The 194 double rooms, arranged in a villa style around a pool, are spread over several levels and give the complex a spacious ambiance. The lushly landscaped apartment complex features 2 swimming pools (1 of which can be heated) and 1 children's pool, reception, bar salon (only open in winter), restaurant, pool bar, and Wi-Fi in the hotel included. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge.

Deluxe Double Room

The double rooms feature a living area with a sofa bed, a large balcony or terrace, mini-fridge, electric kettle, satellite TV (German channels free), rental safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled), telephone, bath or shower, WC, hairdryer, and a separate bedroom. Wi-Fi in the rooms is included (DD2). Also bookable from 1.5.2026 as Type I (additional allocation) (DI).

Deluxe Superior Double Room

Same equipment as the double rooms, larger and located on the upper floors. Equipped with a Jacuzzi or hydromassage tub and a larger balcony or terrace with sun loungers (D2U).

Deluxe Superior Premium Double Room

The Superior Premium double rooms are comfortable and spacious rooms which, thanks to their location on the top floor, are particularly quiet.
These rooms have a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed in a modern and natural style, satellite TV, air conditioning, electric kettle, safe, Wi-Fi (included), and a fridge. The separate bathroom is elegant and fully equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries.

Deluxe Family (bookable from 1.5.27)

The spacious rooms with a living area of approx. 80 m² are located in a quiet area on the ground floor and impress with their bright, inviting atmosphere. The facilities include a spacious living and dining area, a practical kitchenette with a sink and mini-fridge (no cooking facilities), a comfortable bedroom, and a modern, fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub. The highlight of the accommodation is the expansive private terrace with an exclusive outdoor JACUZZI®.
