Location

Built in traditional Canarian style, the resort is separated from the sandy beach only by the promenade and offers many opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Tenerife South Airport is approximately 25 km away.

Facilities

The hotel has 120 apartments spread over 2 floors. Amenities include a lobby with a 24-hour reception and luggage storage, as well as a rental safe. All rooms were renovated between 2019 and 2025. There is also the buffet restaurant "El Jardin". The garden area offers a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (incl.), 2 lagoon-style pools winding through the entire resort (one of them heated) and the pool bar "Al Fresco".

Deluxe 1 Bedroom Apartment

The rooms have a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and ceramic hob. and are located on the lower floors. There is also a telephone, iron, ironing board, Wi-Fi (included), rental safe, coffee machine with capsules, ceiling fan and satellite TV. With balcony or terrace. Bookable with Half Board only (ALQ). Bookable with breakfast only under A12.
Also bookable for single occupancy (AD1).
Alternatively, also bookable on upper floors and with air conditioning (ALB) or as a Super Saver Apartment (SSA) on lower floors.

Deluxe 2 Bedroom Apartment

Same amenities as the Deluxe 1 Bedroom Apartment, but with an additional bedroom, air conditioning and located on the upper floors (A2D).
Also bookable with 2 bedrooms on the lower floors (Y2A).

Deluxe Ground Floor Apartment with Pool Access

Renovated apartment with direct access to the pool via stairs. 44m2, large bedroom, living room with sofa bed and bathroom. The bedroom has 2 single beds. Also features a coffee maker, fridge, alarm clock, rental safe, kitchen utensils, telephone, kitchen area, microwave, ceiling fan and terrace (D2A).

1 Bedroom Apartment Upper Floor (TFSB72)

With the same amenities as the 1 Bedroom Deluxe Apartment, these are not renovated and are located on the upper floors with air conditioning. Additionally, all rooms have a capsule coffee machine (daily replenishment free of charge, 2OE/22Y/42A/23B/32B).
