In Costa Adeje, a district particularly popular with German holidaymakers, Fañabé, with its shops, bars, and restaurants. The sandy beach Playa Fañabé and the newly built shopping center on the promenade are approximately 500 m away. A bus stop for local buses to Playa de las Américas is 100 m away.

Modern hotel with a total of 413 rooms spread over 4 floors, including 200 double rooms, 196 family rooms, 5 rooms accessible for disabled guests, and 12 junior suites. The large lobby with reception, 6 elevators, a lounge bar, and a non-smoking restaurant is located above a small row of shops with a hairdresser, which can be reached via an impressive external staircase. In the beautifully landscaped garden with tropical plants, you will find the large, heated swimming pool in winter, with an integrated children's pool, sun terrace with loungers, cushions, and parasols (free of charge), a snack bar, and a playground. On the large roof terrace (adults only) there are two small pools, as well as a separate FKK (nudist) area. Wi-Fi throughout the hotel is included.
There are also two additional heated pools (one of them for children).

Junior Suite (approx. 60 m²)

Newly renovated with a visually separated living area (no door). The rooms are decorated with high-quality materials and in warm tones. With flat-screen TV and a bathtub with massage function, otherwise same amenities as the double rooms (JS2).
