Location

The Sol Sun Beach is located in Costa Adeje. Costa Adeje is one of Tenerife's most modern and quiet holiday resorts.
It is centrally located directly on the promenade and offers direct access to the famous sandy beach "Playa de Fañabé", close to dining and shopping facilities.
Puerto Colon Marina is approximately 400m away and Siam Park is approximately 4km away. Golf courses in the immediate vicinity.

A multi-story, terraced complex built towards the sea with a total of 131 residential units. Reception, lounge with TV, restaurant, bar, self-service laundry for a fee. Large pool area surrounded by sun terraces with loungers and umbrellas, snack bar (for a fee). Pool towels (deposit required, change €1) available. Balinese beds available for a fee.

Studio

The studios are bright and friendly, featuring a kitchenette (refrigerator, stove with oven, ceramic hob (4 burners), filter coffee machine, toaster, and kettle) with a dining area, a living area with a sofa bed (3rd person) and a visually separated sleeping area, a bathroom/WC with hairdryer and toiletries, and are equipped with a telephone, air conditioning, fans, a rental safe (for a fee and deposit), Wi-Fi included, flat-screen satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace (S12). Also available for single use (S11).
Side sea view (M2S/M1S), pool view (SPB/P1S) or sea view (SM2/SM1) can be booked at an additional cost (until 04/30/26).

Superior Apartment Sea View (TFSB10)

Apartments (XTRA Room Sea View) feature a kitchenette (refrigerator, stove with oven, ceramic hob with 4 burners, filter coffee machine, toaster, and kettle) with a dining area, sofa, separate sleeping area, bathroom/WC with hairdryer and toiletries, and are equipped with a telephone, air conditioning, fans, a rental safe (for a fee and deposit), Wi-Fi included, flat-screen satellite TV, and a balcony or terrace (M2U).

Premium Studio

These modern and comfortable Premium Studios, approx. 35 sqm, feature a kitchenette, a partially visually separated sleeping area, shower/WC, a small living area with a sofa bed, and a balcony (PX2).
Also available for single use (PX1).

Sol Suite

The modern Sol Suites (approx. 44sqm) have a separate bedroom and a living area with an equipped kitchenette, TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan, Wi-Fi, bath/shower, WC, and a furnished balcony or terrace (S2.)
Also bookable with pool view (POS, bookable under TFSB10).

Sol Suite 2 Bedrooms (TFSB10)

Equipped like the Sol Suites but larger (approx. 65sqm) and with two separate bedrooms (S22).
Available at an additional cost with sea view (2ZM).
