In the Costa Adeje district. A small bay (with direct access from the pool area) is located near the Puerto Colon marina, and the lively promenade is directly at the hotel.

The well-known aparthotel, which is particularly suitable for families, has a reception hall with a reception, lounge, non-smoking restaurant "Globi's Bite" with air conditioning and a terrace (one with a children's corner), a themed restaurant (reservations required at reception, one dinner per stay included for stays of 7 nights or more, 2 dinners per stay for Excellence guests) with a terrace overlooking the ocean, a card game room, and a bar. The outdoor area features two heated (in winter season) freshwater pools with an integrated children's pool, splash zone, sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas (included), and a pool bar/snackbar "Bubble Bar". Comfort Apartment 1 Bedroom (approx. 46 m²)

The apartments have been newly renovated and are comfortably furnished. They feature a modern bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and magnifying mirror, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and refrigerator, a separate bedroom, and a living room. All apartments have air conditioning, a balcony or terrace, satellite TV, a rental safe, and free Wi-Fi (A12).

Family Apartment (approx. 46 m²)

The family apartments have the same amenities as the Comfort apartments, but feature a double bed for parents in the living room (and a sofa bed) and a separate children's room, themed for families, and also include a child stool and bottle warmer. The rooms offer partial pool or garden access (APF).

Superior Apartment Sea View (approx. 42 m²)

These apartments have the same amenities as the Comfort apartments. Additionally, the rooms offer sea views and bathroom amenities (ASZ).
Also bookable as type B (M2U) or for single use (ASY/M1U).

The Excellence apartments are high-quality and modernly furnished, with sea views and the same amenities as the Superior apartments. Additionally, these rooms have a large balcony or terrace with loungers, a refrigerator stocked with a welcome package (drinks) upon arrival, a coffee machine with daily capsule refills, a bathrobe and slippers, bathroom amenities, a pillow menu, and turndown service. Breakfast in the themed restaurant. Excellence guests have the option of dining in the themed restaurant twice per 7-night stay (reservations required). (Q12)

A selection of hot snacks, sandwiches, pastries, fruit, juices, coffee, and desserts/ice cream (10:30 AM - 1:00 PM / 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM) are available at the pool bar.
Lunch (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM) and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:00 PM) are served buffet-style in the main restaurant.
Depending on the season and demand, minor changes to dining times may occur.
Additionally, the mini-fridge is restocked daily. Branded alcoholic beverages (premium drinks not included), non-alcoholic, and hot drinks from the AI menu are available at the respective open bars from 11:00 AM to midnight.
