The hotel is located in the exclusive Costa Adeje area, only approx. 150 m from the sandy beach Playa Fañabé and approx. 600 m from Puerto Colón marina. Numerous shopping and entertainment facilities are in the immediate vicinity, as well as bars and restaurants, and a taxi and bus stop. Tenerife South Reina Sofia Airport is approx. 17 km away.

This small and cozy adults-only complex (from 16 years) with a personal ambiance was built in a classic and colonial style and offers a total of 154 rooms and suites. There is an internet corner (2 PCs, free of charge), as well as a piano bar with live music. Hairdresser in the neighboring hotel "Jardines de Nivaria" for a fee. The tropical garden area features 2 seawater pools (heated year-round) and a pool bar and restaurant. There are two sun terraces with loungers, one of them with a deck pool (heated year-round) and a whirlpool with a magnificent sea view and drinks service. Wi-Fi throughout the complex included.

Double Room

Spacious, well-equipped rooms with air conditioning, satellite TV, safe (free), minibar (drink package for a fee), telephone, coffee and tea making facilities, shower/WC, bathrobe and hairdryer. All rooms have a balcony or terrace and Wi-Fi included (D).

Double Room Superior

The rooms, approx. 28-32 sqm, have the same amenities as the double rooms and feature a flat-screen TV and a full bathroom with a shower, and in some cases a separate bathtub or just a large Italian shower, and are pool-facing (DSU/DSI).
Also available for single use in summer (DEU).
Upper floor bookable at an additional charge (2UO).
Also available with connecting door upon request.

Suite

With the same amenities as the double rooms, approx. 40-50 sqm, and additionally feature a separate bedroom and bathroom with bathtub and separate shower/WC (S2).

Superior Suite (only bookable on request)

Same amenities as the suites, but more spacious, sunny, and located on the upper floors with exclusive furnishings. Coffee and tea maker, and individual air conditioning. Bathroom with whirlpool and separate bathtub. Balcony with Bali bed, umbrella, and loungers, as well as a rain shower.

International buffet with show cooking. For dinner, the main course is served at your table upon request. 3 themed evenings per week, 1 with folklore.
Pool restaurant à la carte for a fee.
Full board: Breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant. Lunch in the pool restaurant. Drinks are not included.
