Near the fishing village of La Caleta, approx. a 15-minute walk from Playa del Duque. You can reach an artificially created sand/shingle beach after approx. 100 m. To the natural beach "Diego Hernández" it is approx. 2 km.

The well-maintained and family-friendly complex features a reception, mini-market (located next to the hotel), elevator, cafeteria, bar, and the "Bamboo" non-smoking restaurant with a large, partially covered outdoor terrace. The outdoor area includes two freshwater pools with a separate children's pool (main pool and children's pool can be heated in winter), a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols included, and a pool/snack bar. There is a chill-out zone on the 4th floor (for adults only) with sun loungers, a large whirlpool, and the "Sunset Bar Guacamayo" (opening depends on occupancy and weather).
Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. Pool or beach towels are available for a fee and a deposit.
