The hotel is located on the southwest coast of Tenerife, just a few meters from the famous volcanic sand beach Playa La Arena, in Puerto Santiago, and two kilometers from the renowned Los Gigantes cliffs. It is also 40 kilometers from Tenerife South Airport.

Deluxe Double Room Sea View

These rooms, approximately 30 sqm, offer a TV, air conditioning, mini-fridge (empty), kettle with tea and coffee set-up, Landmar amenities, safe (for a fee), bath and shower/WC, hairdryer, Wi-Fi, and a balcony with sea view (DDM).
Also bookable for single occupancy (1DM) or as Type I (DMI/EIM) or Type A (DAM/1B) at special rates.

Deluxe Double Room Sea View Platinum

Bookable for guests aged 16 and over (at least one person must be of legal age).
These rooms have been renovated and feature the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms Sea View. Additionally, they include a terrace with views of La Gomera, a docking station, free Wi-Fi, bathrobes, slippers, premium toiletries, a pillow menu, a mini-fridge (filled with a reusable bottle of water upon arrival), and a Nespresso machine, including a welcome pack with coffee and sugar (2CM).
Also bookable for single occupancy (1CM).

Young Traveller Room

Same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room Sea View Platinum (YTR).
Booking note: All travelers in this room category must be between 18 and 35 years old. The discount will be automatically applied in the system after entering the date of birth.

Platinum Suite Sea View

Bookable for guests aged 16 and over (at least one person must be of legal age).
Features the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Room Sea View Platinum, but is larger (approx. 55 sqm), with an additional separate bedroom and a coffee machine with capsules. It also includes a bathrobe, slippers, and the mini-fridge is stocked with a bottle of water upon arrival (S2M).

Additional Benefits for Platinum Guests:

Private early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability/upon request) in an exclusive area of the lobby.
Access to the Platinum Lounge (open daily from 10 AM to 12 AM) with a Nespresso machine, premium beverages (international branded alcoholic drinks included as per Platinum card), and snacks.
Separate seating area in the main restaurant "Lava" during main meal times. Personalized breakfast service with table service and a selection of exclusive products.
