The apartments are located in a privileged area, directly on "Las Vistas" beach. Bars and restaurants, as well as the shopping center, are in the immediate vicinity. The port of Los Cristianos is about 800 meters away.

Facilities

The "Vistasur" apartment building has a 24-hour reception, restaurants, a pool (opening towards the sea), and a sun terrace with a pool bar.

1 Bedroom Apartment

The apartments, completely renovated in 2021, are approx. 59 m² in size and feature a living/dining area, kitchen with ceramic hobs, kettle, microwave, air conditioning, coffee machine and toaster, separate bedroom, bathroom with shower, satellite TV, telephone, safe (free of charge), Wi-Fi (free of charge), free internet access, and a balcony or terrace.
The apartments can be on two levels or one level (A12).
Also bookable for single occupancy (A11) or with two bedrooms and sea view (22M).

Premium Apartment (TFSB63)

These apartments are located on the 1st floor and offer one bedroom. With otherwise similar amenities to the standard apartments, they are more spacious and extend over 2 levels connected by a staircase (2PA). Optionally bookable with two bedrooms (located on the 2nd floor/22P) or three bedrooms and sea view (located on the 1st floor and are approx. 124 m² / PN2).

Sea View Apartment (TFSB63)

With otherwise similar amenities to the 1 Bedroom Apartment, these feature a sleeping area connected to the living area by a staircase. These apartments are all located on the 1st floor (APM). Optionally bookable with two bedrooms (22M, located on the 2nd floor).

3 Bedroom Sea View Apartment (TFSB63)

These apartments have similar amenities to the duplex apartments, spread over 2 levels with a balcony on the ground floor and a terrace on the upper floor (33M).

2 Bedroom Apartment (TFSB63)

The apartments without sea view consist of 2 bedrooms, each with four single beds, a bathroom, a sofa bed as an additional sleeping option, and a terrace. They also feature internet (free of charge), safe (free of charge), satellite TV, and individually adjustable air conditioning (A2T).
